Qualifications

• Active P&C licenses required.
• CISR or CIC designation preferred.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch P&L and budgets.
• Oversee policy, procedures, HR processes.
• Coordinate producer/agency acquisition.
• Serve as Account Manager for an assigned book of business.
