Insurance Office of America is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for the Charleston, SC area. This hybrid role requires 1–2 days in office, an active P&C license, and 2+ years of supervisory experience to lead branch operations.

You will manage the operations team, oversee budgeting, service quality, HR processes, and performance standards, and contribute to producer acquisition while serving as Account Manager for an assigned book of business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities required.
• Prior experience managing insurance branch operations and staff.
• Active P&C license required; CISR/CIC preferred.
