Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, 2+ years in a supervisory role, and 5+ years in commercial insurance with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance industry experience with deep, wide-ranging knowledge.
• 2+ years of management / supervisor experience.
• Active P&C license required.
• CISR or CIC designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and manage the operations team.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L, and financial goals for the branch.
• Drive strategic plans and ensure policy compliance and process improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with leadership and branch staff.
• Support producer/agency acquisition and integration when needed.
