Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with broad insurance knowledge.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Active property & casualty license mandatory.
• Exceptional account management skills, managing a book of business up to 50%.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead all IOA branch operations management activities within the assigned location.
• Manage operations team performance, budgeting, reporting, and staff development.
• Participate in producer/agency acquisition and integration as needed.
• Serve as Account Manager for an assigned book of business.
• Ensure policy, process, and HR compliance; monitor productivity and quality.
