Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Branch Operations Manager - Commercial Lines to lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned IOA branch. The role covers team leadership, budgeting, P&L, strategy execution, staff development, policy compliance, and high-level client service while also serving as Account Manager for a book of business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industry experience with P&C licensing, 2+ years of management, and strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with broad knowledge.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Active property & casualty licensing.
• Strong account management skills (50% book of business).
• Excellent communication, people management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and manage the branch team.
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance (P&L).
• Drive strategic and tactical plans for the branch.
• Maintain compliance with HR processes and policies.
• Act as a point of contact with Regional Director and sales leadership.
