Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Branch Operations Manager - Commercial Lines to lead daily operations across multiple locations with a hybrid in-office requirement. You will drive strategic plans, manage the branch P&L, and oversee performance, staffing, and policy compliance while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of industry experience, 2+ years of management, and active P&C licensing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• 2+ years of management experience
• Active property & casualty licensing
• Exceptional Account Management skills, spending 50% of time managing a book of business
• Outstanding communication, people management, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and workflow.
• Drive strategic and tactical plans for the branch.
