• Meet goals and metrics and drive performance.
• Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and audits; document processes.
• Create business development plans to grow member relationships and promote services.
• Evaluate staff performance through meetings and reviews.
• Address member and staff satisfaction issues promptly.
• Participate in hiring for branch staff and oversee onboarding.
• Uphold BSA policies and ethical standards.
