Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Operations Manager and Assistant in guiding daily warehouse activities. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination of orders, inventory control, and process improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of warehouse experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift and move items as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Able to open/close the warehouse Mon–Sat as needed.
• Proficient in basic math and clerical tasks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Operations Manager and Assistant in leading daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure orders are delivered and inventory is maintained.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and act as a role model.
• Communicate with management to coordinate workflows and records.
