Job summary

Worldpac seeks an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to learn all branch operations and assist the Branch Operations Manager with day-to-day direction within the California branch.

You will supervise, ensure safety compliance, support training, manage customer service, and participate in budgeting and staffing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fluency in English required; valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain powered equipment certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse-related field.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to open and close the warehouse Monday–Saturday as needed.
• Must meet state/province driver’s license requirements for driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Branch Operations Manager, assume daily branch operations.
• Follow safety and security procedures and model compliance for the team.
• Support training and development for team members and apply learnings on the job.
• Maintain a customer service–oriented approach in all interactions.
• Assist in learning all Branch Management functions including staffing, budgeting and expenses.
