Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Operations Manager and lead daily warehouse activities. This role emphasizes safety, staffing, training, and inventory control while maintaining customer service excellence.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of warehouse experience, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain powered equipment certification. English fluency and strong multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Willing to get powered equipment certification.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Ops Manager in leading daily warehouse operations.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Maintain customer service orientation in all activities.
• Coordinate orders, inventory, and records with management.
• Oversee delivery and pickup of orders using company vehicles.
