Job summary

Worldpac in Austin, TX is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Assistant Branch Operations Manager and Branch Manager in guiding daily warehouse operations.

You will work closely with management to ensure safety, train staff, maintain inventory and records, and support timely order processing while upholding customer service standards. A high school diploma and 6 months of warehouse experience are required; strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience or similar roles.
• Must be able to open and close the warehouse, Monday–Saturday as needed.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to read/write detailed instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Ops Manager and lead daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and team is trained.
• Coordinate orders, inventory, and records; communicate with management.
• Deliver orders or collect returns as required; other duties as assigned.
