Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Assistant Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Manager in leading daily warehouse operations. The role involves coordinating orders, inventory, and records while maintaining strong safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate brings warehouse experience, leadership, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday as needed. This on-site position offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to open/close the warehouse Mon–Sat as needed.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Powered equipment certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Learn all Branch Management functions including operations, staffing, assets, budgeting.
• Follow safety procedures and model compliance.
• Support team training and development.
• Maintain a customer-service focus in daily work and with teammates.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders, inventory, and records are maintained.
• Operate a vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returns safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
