You will coordinate with the regional operations team, manage budgets, and drive process improvements. This role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a hands-on approach to daily warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse-related role.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and train new team members and conduct performance appraisals.
• Communicate with Regional Operations Manager and HR as needed.
• Instill a customer service orientation across the team.
