Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch activities in the absence of the manager. You will model safety compliance, support training, and uphold a service-oriented culture for customers and team members.

You will learn all branch functions—from staffing and performance reviews to budgeting—while ensuring efficient operations and adherence to protocols. You may drive company vehicles and handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse-related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to open/close the warehouse Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.
• Meet state driver’s license requirements before driving a company vehicle.
• Proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Branch Operations Manager, assumes responsibility for day-to-day activities and operations of the branch.
• Reviews, understands and follows company safety and security procedures, and serves as a role model to ensure compliance by all team members.
• Supports team members in their training and development and enables immediate application to daily work.
• Maintains a customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct to self and other team members.
• Assists Branch Operations Manager to learn all functions of Branch Management, including operations, staffing, training, reviewing team member performance, expense management and budgeting.
• Uses vehicles to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner.
• Other duties may be assigned.
