Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead a busy warehouse branch, directing staff, budgets, safety, and service levels. The role involves hiring, training, performance management, and coordinating with customers to expand services.

The position requires 4+ years of leadership in warehousing, fluency in English, and a valid US driver's license. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 4+ years leadership in warehouse-related field.
• 1 year cash handling experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to open and close the warehouse Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.
• Must meet state driver’s license requirements before driving a company vehicle.
• Able to perform basic clerical and physical tasks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read/write detailed instructions and memos.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Detail-oriented with prioritization.
• Supervisory and time management skills.
• Able to solve practical problems with concrete variables.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) proficiency.
• Extremely organized and able to prioritize.
• Understanding staffing requirements.
• Broad understanding of department functions.
• Excellent multitasking ability.
• Willing to develop personal skills continually.
• Self-starter and motivated.
• Ability to push back respectfully.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Understanding of P&L.
• Willing to get powered equipment certification.

Responsabilidades

• Interviewing, hiring and training new team members; conduct performance appraisals and address issues.
• Communicates regularly with Regional Ops Manager and HR as needed.
• Instills a customer service-oriented philosophy across the team.
• Prepares and submits annual operational budget and plans resource use.
• Participates in safety planning and ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinates with customers and Branch team to improve services.
• Uses vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise; other duties as assigned.
