QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products seeking a senior operations leader in Maryland. You will oversee a profit center, recruit and lead the sales team, and make strategic decisions from market trends to grow profitability.

You will collaborate with the Branch Credit Manager, maintain strong vendor relationships, and foster a safety‑driven, high‑performance culture while developing future leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years’ related experience.
• Leadership experience in industry.
• Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and team.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities
