Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our branch locations in Round Rock, TX. The role focuses on operational leadership, financial performance, people development, and customer relations to drive growth and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will oversee daily branch operations, manage budgets and staffing, and partner with HR to plan workforce needs while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in operational, branch, construction, or industrial management.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and managing budgets.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and profitability focus.
• Proven ability to develop people, manage performance, and build client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations across operations, admin, warehouse and customer service.
• Coach and manage branch personnel with accountability and performance reviews.
• Align branch activities with budgets, productivity targets, and standards.
• Oversee budgeting, labor, forecasting, costs, productivity and WIP reporting.
• Monitor staffing, workload, capacity, and resource allocation for growth.
• Drive customer/vendor relationships and issue escalation resolution.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning and development.
• Promote safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
• Report branch performance and needs to executive leadership.
