Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a key Texas branch. You will drive operational performance, financial results, workforce effectiveness, and customer satisfaction as the senior branch leader.

This day-to-day role combines operational oversight with strategic growth and safety accountability. You will manage budgeting, staffing, and workforce development while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience managing branch operations, budgets, and performance.
• Background in construction, electrical contracting, or industrial services.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/scheduling platforms.
• Valid driver's license; OSHA or safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations including admin, warehouse, and customer service.
• Coach, hold accountable, and manage branch personnel.
• Set priorities aligned with budgets, productivity, and performance standards.
• Manage budgeting, labor, forecasting, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor staffing, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on workforce planning.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Escalate customer concerns and operational issues.
• Support local business development and branch growth.
