Enterprise Electrical seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, driving operations, financial performance, and customer relations. The role emphasizes workforce development, safety, and adherence to company standards while pursuing growth opportunities.

You will manage a multifunction team across operations, admin, warehousing, and service, shaping strategy and ensuring execution aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in operational or branch management
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in construction/electrical contracting
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and labor management experience
• Valid driver's license; OSHA or safety certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily branch operations (operational, administrative, warehouse, and customer service).
• Provide leadership, coaching, accountability, and performance management for branch personnel.
• Manage branch financial performance (budgeting, labor, forecasting, costs, profitability, and WIP).
• Monitor staffing levels, workload, and capacity; optimize resource allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and partners; serve as escalation point.
• Support local business development, customer retention, and branch growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations and promote safety culture.
