Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in branch/ops management, preferably in construction or electrical contracting.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license; OSHA or safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily branch operations including administrative, warehouse, and customer service activities.
• Coach, hold accountable, and manage performance of branch personnel.
• Align branch activities with budgets, productivity targets, and standards.
• Oversee budgeting, labor forecasting, costs, productivity, and WIP reporting.
• Monitor staffing, capacity, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
• Analyze metrics and financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, onboarding, and development.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Serve as escalation point for customer concerns and operational issues.
• Support business development, retention, and branch growth initiatives.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Partner with leadership to communicate branch performance and needs.
