Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Austin, TX location. The role oversees daily branch operations, leads staff, drives sales, and ensures top-notch customer service while aligning with company goals.

The position requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and excellent communication, with a focus on process, compliance, and community engagement. This is a full-time opportunity at a growing regional supplier.

Formación

• Leadership and management experience required.
• Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Hires and trains qualified candidates for all roles.
• Oversees day-to-day branch operations.
• Recommends promotions and salary adjustments as appropriate.
• Partners with sales managers and Presidents to set sales goals.
• Collaborates with the President on performance standards and compliance.
• Leads regular staff meetings to align goals and objectives.
• Identifies training needs and creates development plans.
• Maintains relationships with clients and promotes excellent service.
• Participates in community activities to build goodwill.
• Supports advertising, marketing, and growth initiatives.
• Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
