Job summary

Force TK in Texas is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing teams. You will coach staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers to support branch performance.

This role offers a monthly bonus plan and requires strong leadership and financial acumen. Travel and valid driver’s license are required as needed; ERP/e-Emphasys experience is preferred to optimize workflows

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of management, operations, service, or related leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Experience managing personnel, budgets, resources, and operational performance.
• Knowledge of service operations, inventory management, and workflow processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
• ERP/e-Emphasys experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve productivity, profitability, customer service, and operational performance goals.
• Establish departmental objectives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure quality, productivity, and profitability standards are achieved.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including personnel management, workflow, attendance, payroll-related activities, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive aftermarket customer quoting processes to support customer retention, revenue growth, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, dealers, and internal departments to support branch performance and business growth.
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers, retain existing customers, and improve overall branch performance.
• Manage branch financial performance, including revenue-generating activities, expense control, reporting, ERP utilization, and collaboration with Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure employees receive required training, maintain applicable certifications, and comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company requirements.
• Maintain oversight of branch parts inventory and operational resources to support efficient service delivery.
