Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer services experience in branch banking or related environment.
• 3+ years of branch operations experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
• Knowledge of financial reports, branch operation efficiency, and audits.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch operations to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Ensure branch receives a satisfactory internal audit rating.
• Oversee daily activities to minimize operating losses.
• Coordinate staffing and resources to optimize efficiency.
• Coach staff on procedures, service, and product knowledge.
• Develop customer relationships and cross-sell products.
