Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch operations to ensure compliance with bank policies and government regulations.
• Ensure satisfactory internal audit ratings for the branch.
• Oversee daily branch activities and staffing to minimize losses and improve efficiency.
• Attend monthly/quarterly operations meetings and communicate policy updates to staff.
• Assist in manpower planning and resource allocation to boost productivity.
• Maintain branch security, appearance, and asset protection; ensure training completion.
• Coach staff on procedures, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Support in managing customer relationships and service levels.
