Columbia Bank in Irvine, CA is seeking a Branch Manager aligned with Breakthrough Client Service Standards. You will coach tellers, support personal bankers, and oversee daily branch operations while building strong customer relationships with local consumers and small businesses.

Requires 3 years retail banking, leadership experience, and an ability to deliver proactive, knowledge-based banking solutions. Onsite role with competitive incentives and development opportunities.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Retail banking experience is required; management experience preferred.
• Experience in consumer and small business lending origination preferred.
• Strong customer service background in retail or banking.
• Ability to develop knowledge-based client relationships and offer solutions.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and banking software/systems.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure branch meets/exceeds operations standards and audits.
• Coach team to deepen customer relationships using Client and Business Financial Review.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with consumers and local businesses.
• Back up to open new accounts, process loan requests, and gather credit information.
• Manage, lead, train, and coach Tellers; oversee personal bankers with Branch Manager.
• Oversee branch tasks: opening/closing, overdraft monitoring, wires, collections, stop payments, controls.
