Job summary

Requires 3 years retail banking, leadership experience, and an ability to deliver proactive, knowledge-based banking solutions. Onsite role with competitive incentives and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Retail banking experience is required; management experience preferred.
• Experience in consumer and small business lending origination preferred.
• Strong customer service background in retail or banking.
• Ability to develop knowledge-based client relationships and offer solutions.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and banking software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch meets/exceeds operations standards and audits.
• Coach team to deepen customer relationships using Client and Business Financial Review.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with consumers and local businesses.
• Back up to open new accounts, process loan requests, and gather credit information.
• Manage, lead, train, and coach Tellers; oversee personal bankers with Branch Manager.
• Oversee branch tasks: opening/closing, overdraft monitoring, wires, collections, stop payments, controls.
