Qualifications

• Adheres to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Keeps tasks organized and pays attention to detail.
• Leads branch operations and ensures transaction accuracy.
• Educates and informs branch team and customers as needed.
• Builds meaningful client relationships and educates them on services.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet client needs; check them into waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations and manage cash devices; resolve client issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options and accessibility to accounts 24/7.
• Support governance, loss control, compliance and audits.
