JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to manage daily branch activities, ensure accurate transactions, and foster a welcoming client experience. You will work with the Branch Manager and team to uphold policies and provide high-quality service.

You will guide staff, promote self-service banking, and ensure compliance, audits, and loss control are maintained across branch operations. Weekends/evenings required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail orientation and organize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay informed and compliant.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• Retail banking experience required for at least 1+ year.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent, with weekend/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices and adhere to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify client banking 24/7 access.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to ensure secure operations.
