You'll lead by example, greet clients, guide them to self-service options, manage lobby flow, and collaborate with the team to maintain strong control standards, audits, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and check them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 account access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
