Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to work closely with the Branch Manager in delivering top-tier client experiences. You will guide lobby flow, transactions, and relationships while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will also lead operations, manage cash devices, and coach the team to provide seamless service. The role requires weekend/evening hours and a focus on loss prevention and audits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• College degree or military equivalent required.
• Leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trust.
• Communicate clearly with clients and anticipate needs for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations, maintain loss control, and ensure audits are met.
