The role emphasizes building relationships with clients, promoting self-service options, and collaborating with the Branch Manager to uphold high standards of branch operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming branch environment and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication; understand needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices such as cash vault and ATM; resolve issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Encourage self-service access so clients can bank anytime.
• Support branch operations, maintain high standards for loss control, compliance and audits.
