Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences at the Washington, DC branch. You will guide staff, ensure accurate transactions, and promote self-service tools to simplify banking for customers while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs.
Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
Support loss control, compliance and audits with Branch Manager.
