• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to appropriate services.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for account access any time.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
