Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring compliant, efficient branch operations. You will welcome clients, assist with transactions, and guide them to self‑service options.

You will lead daily branch activities, supervise cash devices, and help drive loss control and audit readiness. Weekend/evening hours are required in this role.

Qualifications

• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized, detail‑oriented approach to tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operation proficiency in a team setting.
• Educate branch team and partners, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
• Educate clients and refer to experts for complex needs.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate on service delivery.
• Promote self-service options to simplify client banking.
• Support branch operations including loss control, compliance, and audits.
