Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and organization to manage multiple tasks.
• Lead branch operations and ensure transaction accuracy in a collaborative environment.
• Educate the branch team and partners to keep them informed.
• Engage clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and focus on exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM, resolving issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and elevate client experience.
• Promote self-service tools to simplify banking for clients at any time.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
