Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree or equivalent; ability to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, assist transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure policy compliance.
