Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to support and lead branch activities, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent client service. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to maintain compliance, security, and smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes training the team, guiding operations, and introducing customers to self-service tools to enhance their banking experience.

Qualifications

• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains keen eye for detail and stays organized.
• Demonstrates leadership and operational proficiency.
• Educates branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Engages clients and refers to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, and manage lobby flow.
• Explain self-service options and build client relationships.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, cash vault, ATM.
• Resolve client issues promptly while following bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team for onboarding.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to run smoothly.
