Qualifications

• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience and flexible hours.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATM; resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the team to deliver seamless service and up-sell where appropriate.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain secure operations.
