Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Santa Barbara, CA to partner with the Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, assist clients with transactions, and ensure policy and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service.

You will lead the team, manage cash devices, support loss control and audits, and promote self-service options to customers. A minimum of 1+ year in retail banking is required, with weekend/evening hours anticipated.
