Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients as they enter, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to empower client banking anytime.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
