This role emphasizes leading branch operations, guiding staff, promoting self-service options, and maintaining loss control and audits, while building trusted client relationships and ensuring compliance.

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED or foreign equivalent.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly with clients, anticipate needs, and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support audits, loss control, and compliance to keep the branch secure.
