Job summary

You’ll empower the branch team, ensure loss controls and audits are performed, and coordinate with specialists to meet clients’ financial needs. Weekend/evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Commitment to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices and ensuring accuracy, loss control, and compliance with all policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to meet specialized financial needs, enhancing the client experience.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at any time.
• Support all branch operations with a focus on audits, compliance, and secure, smooth service.
