Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Minnesota to manage branch experiences, oversee transactions, and drive self-service adoption while maintaining compliance. You will work with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional client experiences and build lasting relationships.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail banking experience, a high school diploma, and availability for weekend/evening hours.

Detail-oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
Strong leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
Educates branch team and partners to stay informed.
Builds meaningful client relationships and cross-sells with experts.
1+ years of retail banking experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming branch environment and vibrant atmosphere.
Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and manage waiting queue.
Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring policy adherence.
Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access to accounts.
Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
