Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences and tight control of operations. You will guide lobby flow, oversee cash devices, and drive a culture of accuracy and compliance.

You will educate the branch team, build strong client relationships, and promote self-service options while maintaining high standards for loss prevention and audits.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain organized, detail-oriented work, juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Lead branch operations and ensure transaction accuracy while collaborating with the team.
• Educate branch staff and partners to stay informed on processes and policies.
• Build meaningful client relationships and connect them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience; willingness to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to solutions.
• Oversee cash devices (cash vault, ATM); resolve issues with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits across branch operations.
