Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients as they enter the branch and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and manage the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients anytime, day or night.
• Support all branch operations, maintain high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
