Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences while maintaining strict controls and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on elevating service, coaching staff, and ensuring accurate transactions within a collaborative team environment.

You will lead daily branch operations, welcome clients, guide transactions, promote self-service options, and coach team members to uphold high standards of service and loss prevention.

• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Experience educating and informing branch staff and partners.
• Excellent client interaction skills with a focus on education and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and meet needs.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices while upholding policies and accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service with sincerity.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure secure operations.
