Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and address client needs; check them into waiting queues for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues per bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and help with specialized financial needs; promote self-service options.
• Work with the Branch Manager to maintain high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
