Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Explain services clearly and check clients into the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Oversee branch operations, cash devices like cash vault and ATM, and resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
