Chase, a leading financial services firm, seeks an Assistant Branch Manager-Operations to oversee branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach Associate Bankers to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will partner with the Branch Manager to manage daily operations, greet clients, and create a welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of service and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Leadership and operational proficiency with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience conducting branch audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Associate Bankers to deliver service and uphold policies.
• Partner with Branch Manager on day-to-day operations and create a welcoming branch.
• Greet clients and build trusted relationships.
• Plan staffing to meet branch and client needs and align priorities.
• Oversee operations, loss control, compliance, and audits.
• Engage clients, address issues, and refer to experts when needed.
• Promote self-service options to customers.
