Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch in Minnesota. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, growing deposits and investments, and coaching a high-performing team with a strong emphasis on risk management and operational integrity.

You will drive branch performance, mentor staff, and ensure engagement with the local community while adhering to policies and maintaining a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Passion for creating exceptional experiences and a culture of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence.
