• Engage clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and check clients into waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM; resolve issues with accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits with Branch Manager.
